We handle the installation and host the experience. Here’s what to plan for.
Let’s plan your eventPlanning your event
Our artist and team will guide you through image and color selection ahead of the event. If artwork requires additional artistic direction or intricate details, we will inform you, and additional costs may apply.
Event timing, requirements & delivery
Standard events last four hours. Events requiring longer wall interactions will incur additional staffing costs.
Allow 6 ft of height and 4 ft of depth at the wall location, with 6, 8, or 10 ft of width for Portrait, Landscape, or XXL. A standard 120 V outlet is required nearby.
Delivery occurs at least two hours before the event begins. Our team handles all on-site setup and breakdown, which each take approximately 45–60 minutes.
Texas-based, travels nationally.
National events are available. Travel costs and shipping (if required) are quoted separately based on your event location.
Placement & bar integration
Place the wall near the bar or along the flow of guests. Pipettes can also be used as drink toppers or to add flavor to drinks such as champagne or vodka sodas.
Sponsors & raffle opportunities
Additional logos and sponsorship names can be added in vinyl at the base. Pipettes can be marked for a “pull for a chance to win” promotion supporting a charity or offering a prize.
